1. Scope of Executive Advisory & Search Services

MCS operates as an elite executive retained search firm and strategic management advisory platform:

• Executive Placement Services: We connect qualified C-suite leaders, senior directors, and specialized domain experts with premier enterprise hiring clients. Submission of an application does not guarantee interview selection or job placement.
• Corporate Retained Mandates: Enterprise consulting, executive assessment, and organizational restructuring services are executed pursuant to formal Statement of Work (SOW) agreements executed between MCS and the enterprise client.
• Confidential Candidate Representation: Candidates retain the right to restrict submission of their professional profile until formal consent is provided for specific target client mandates.

2. Candidate Representations & Accuracy

Candidates utilizing the MCS platform represent and warrant that:

• All resume materials, credentials, compensation disclosures, and employment history submitted are accurate, current, and truthful.
• They are legally authorized to seek employment in the target jurisdictions specified in their application.
• Their submission does not violate any pre-existing non-compete, non-disclosure, or employment agreements with third parties.
• Misrepresentation of academic credentials or executive experience constitutes immediate grounds for disqualification and termination of platform access.

3. Proprietary Intellectual Property Rights

All digital assets, executive insights, salary benchmarking reports, strategic frameworks, logos, site copy, and proprietary search algorithms accessible on MCS are the exclusive intellectual property of MCS ("My Career Solution").

Users may not reproduce, scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or redistribute platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written authorization from MCS leadership.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

• MCS provides platform search features on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
• MCS shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from employment negotiations, hiring client decisions, or platform downtime.
• Hiring decisions, background verification checks, and final offer agreements are solely between the candidate and the hiring enterprise client.
